Description
Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, rich in protein and easily digestible. As a flour it has a great binding power and can therefore often replace eggs in a recipe, for example in pancake batter! Use about 75 ger person and add 3 times the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
