Description
Basmati rice has the longest rice grain of all rice types and has a full aroma and taste. This rice is peeled and polished. Therefore the cooking time is nice and short use about 75 g per person. Add 1.75 times the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes.
