Description
This herb paste from onoff spices! is the basis for a fresh and sour coconut soup. Lemongrass and galangal provide the characteristic flavour of the soup. For an authentic soup, add Thai coconut cream, chicken fillet and mushrooms and garnish with coriander and strips of red pepper.
