Description
Place the desired amount of dried chanterelles in a heatproof bowl. 10-20 grams of dried chanterelles are equal to 100-200 grams of fresh ones. Pour at least 100 ml of boiling water into the bowl for every 10 grams of dried chanterelles. The soaking takes about 30-60 minutes. If the soaked chanterelles still need to be boiled for the further process, 15 minutes is sufficient.
