Description
The spelt for this pasta is grown biodynamically in the region. For years, the farming family has opted for fixed grain varieties. This grain crop naturally has good resistance to diseases and pests and can produce fertile seed on its own. After the harvest, a small portion of the grain is kept aside as seed for the next growing season, which allows the farmer to remain independent year after year. The rest goes to the Spielberger Mill, where the millers grind whole grains. This pasta is made in a traditional way, which guarantees the best taste. Tasty and vital flour from close to nature.
