Description
De Vreugdehoeve is an organic dairy sheep farm owned by Herman and Marianne van Assen. They keep around 200 sheep, just outside Zwolle in the Vreugderijkerwaard. They process part of the milk themselves, from which they make this Haloemia, among other things. Haloemia is a grilled cheese, originally from Cyprus
