Description
Ekoplaza parboiled rice is cultivated and steamed in such a way that the vitamins and minerals of the brown skin are transferred to the rice grain before grinding. That is why this rice is somewhat yellowish in color. Add twice the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes.
