Description
The white long grain of white pandan rice is ground and polished. Therefore the taste is somewhat milder but retains its soft, full taste. For this reason it combines well with spicy dishes. Use approximately 75 g per person. Add 1.75 times the amount of water. Bring to the boil and let it simmer gently for 20 minutes.
