Description
Dried apricots are deliciously sweet and have a unique taste. No Sulphur or sulphite has been added to our apricots during processing to preserve the orange color. These sun-ripened and unsulphured apricots are therefore browner, but much sweeter in taste! Under the Turkish sun, our apricots ripen on the tree and after harvesting they are dried in the sun for 2-3 days. Delicious in Middle Eastern dishes, baked goods and of course just like that.
