Description
Horizon almonds have been coming from a Spanish farmers’ cooperative in Andalusia for 25 years. By hitting the branches with sticks, the ripe almonds fall from the tree into the large sails that are stretched underneath. The green bark is removed in the orchard. Underneath this green bark is a dark hard bark, which is only cracked in the factory. Delicious as a nutritious snack or in a dish.
